INTRODUCTION
Knutsford & District Motor Club are pleased to welcome you to the eighth running of The Knutsford Targa Rally. The event will run as a dual-permit Interclub and Clubmans event and will be a single venue event held at Parkwood Outdoor Centre, Tong, Bradford. The event will consist of around 7 tests, all on gravel tracks covering 15 miles. The last test may run into darkness for later runners and all crews are recommended to have sump guards for protection for the gravel tracks.
Knutsford & District Motor Club are pleased to be raising money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance charity with various activities on the event to encourage donations your support for this worthy charity would be much appreciated.
Additionally thanks to the support of Rally Navigation Training Services we are pleased to be able to offer pre-event training webinars at a discounted rate and tailored to the Knutsford Targa Rally. You will not be able to apply for the MSUK licences at the event so please apply early to MSUK to avoid disappointment. It is your responsibility to have your licence which has to be noted on your entry form. It may be that MSUK have a delay in issuing licences, if in these circumstance please send the relevant form electronically to the entries secretary.
The event requires marshals, but like competitors they must register with the chief marshal and sign the MSUK signing on sheet in advance of the event. Only those registered will be allowed to enter the venue.
ANNOUNCEMENT
Knutsford & District Motor Club will organise a dual permit Motorsport UK Interclub and Clubmans Permit Targa Rally, namely The Knutsford Targa on the 15th November 2026.
The event will operate fully within the guidelines from Motorsport UK and local and national governments with regards to Covid-19 regulations.
The Interclub Knutsford Targa Rally is a round of the following championships:
